HVE2.0 will be held at Kampung Bantal, Ulu Tembeling, Jerantut, Pahang. Located upstream of Tembeling River, Kampung Bantal serving as a transit and administrative centre for other five nearby villages. Boat is the only transport to transit to Kampung Bantal.

Kampung Bantal is also where the fourth modern Sultan of Pahang, the late Sultan Abu Bakar chose to build a royal palace named as Istana Sri Tembeling or Istana Menanti by the riverbanks. This palace served as ‘istana hinggap’ (royal accommodation) for the Sultan of Pahang and royal families when visited Ulu Tembeling.
